It is a great honor and a deep pleasure to be here with all of you today.
Today, we celebrate a very special moment — 20 years of our company in China.
Twenty years ago, TRIGO China started here with a small team and a big dream.
We came with energy, curiosity, and a belief that together with our colleagues, we could build something strong and lasting in China in the automotive sector.
今天，我们共同庆祝一个非常特别的时刻 —— 特高中国成立二十周年。
今天能够和大家在这里相聚，我感到非常荣幸和由衷的高兴。
二十年前，特高中国在这里起步，只有一个小团队，却怀揣着伟大的梦想。
我们带着激情、好奇心，以及与同事们一起在中国汽车行业建立坚实而长久事业的信念而来。
In these 20 years, we have seen many changes — in our company, in our industry, and in China itself.
This country has grown fast, with new technologies, new ideas, and new possibilities. And our company has grown together with it.
But I know, and you know, that the last few years have not been easy.
We faced many challenges — global changes, economic pressure, and difficult business conditions.
Some days were hard. Some moments tested our strength. Some of our colleagues left or sometimes were asked to go.
In any story there is joy and there is also pain sometimes.
Yet, you stayed. You worked hard. You believed in the company.
You showed courage, loyalty, and teamwork. And that is why we are still here today — stronger, wiser, and ready for the future.
在这二十年里，我们见证了许多变化——公司在变，行业在变，中国也在变。
这个国家快速发展，带来了新技术、新理念和新的可能性，而我们的公司也与之共同成长。
但我知道，你们也知道，过去的几年并不容易。
我们面对了许多挑战——全球变化、经济压力以及艰难的商业环境。
有些日子很艰难，有些时刻考验着我们的韧性，有些同事离开了，有时甚至不得不离开。
在任何故事中，总有欢乐，也会有痛苦。
然而，你们选择留下，努力工作，相信公司。
你们展现了勇气、忠诚和团队精神，这就是为什么我们今天依然在这里——更强大、更智慧，并准备迎接未来。
Tonight, I want to say thank you.
Thank you to every one of you who has given time, talent, and heart to this company.
To those who have been here from the very beginning — you built the foundation.
To those who joined in recent years — you brought new energy and fresh ideas.

I also want to address a special thanks to TRIGO China senior leadership team.
On two occasions over the past 7 years I had to work as the acting country manager for TRIGO China. I could not have done it without the support of the senior leadership team.
I express my sincere gratitude to Frank, Jason, Dave, Chen Qi, Robin, Jey and also a special thanks to Chen Shuo for all her support in both China and Asia.
Last but not least a very special appreciation to both Dowson and Richard for their support, for being my business partners, for challenging me and for accepting the challenges I give them all the time.

在过去七年中，有两次我不得不担任特高中国的代理国家经理。如果没有领导团队的支持，我无法完成这项工作。

As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we also look ahead to the next chapter.
The future will bring new challenges — new technologies, new expectations, and a fast-changing world.
But we will face them together, just as we have always done.

未来将带来新的挑战，新的技术、新的期望以及瞬息万变的世界。
但我们将像过去一样，一起面对。
So tonight, let us celebrate with pride. Let us remember what we have achieved. And let us look to the future with hope and determination.
To all our teams here in China — thank you for your strength, your loyalty, and your belief in our mission through good and bad times.
Together, we have come far.
Together, we will go even further.

时间荏苒，我们迎来了特高中国的第二十年。我谨代表特高中国，向国内外客户，以及一直以来支持我们的合作方，致以衷心的感谢和诚挚的问候 ！更向风雨同舟、聚力同行的全体特高员工，致以最深切的谢意和敬意 !
2005年11月23日，特高中国在北京诞生，致力于为中国制造业客户提供一站式专业的高质量服务。二十载深耕不辍，我们凭借深厚的专业知识和遍布全国的服务网络，稳居行业领先；依托Etraq、Data entry等独特的数字化工具，为客户带来高效率、高响应的专业体验；更以创新的标准化运营手册，进一步筑牢行业体系；从而赢得了超过1500家客户的信任和托付。
二十岁，是一个走向成熟，且盛世的年龄。20载风雨兼程，砥砺同行，我们有艰辛，有彷徨，有挫折，走过弯路，也有成功与喜悦。成长的历程并非一帆风顺，但是我们从未言弃。我们对彼此的信任和对公司的承诺，都是我们取得今天成就的原因。在这一刻，我想表达的是：感恩。
感恩客户。感谢您选择特高。能够为客户提供高质量的服务是特高的主要价值所在，感谢您让我们见证并参与您追求卓越的进程。
感恩员工。员工始终是公司最坚实的力量源泉。二十年间，我们共担风雨、彼此支撑，在坎坷泥泞的道路上携手同行，这份相守与付出，格外珍贵。
我们始终以市场需求为导向，聚焦降本提质，持续优化服务交付质量。市场的每一次迭代都在推动我们突破革新，变革是不可回避的课题，变革既是必经之路，更是驱动我们校准航向，朝着更正确方向稳步迈进的必然选择。
“道阻且长，行则将至。”在过去的20年，正是我们每一步坚实的努力，才让特高中国行至今日。我更相信，“行而不辍，未来可期。” 前行的道路固然充满挑战，但特高中国的未来，掌握在我们的奋斗中，孕育在我们的韧性里，也必将在我们的不懈中前行，因每一位的存在而更加美好！
下一个二十年，让我们继续携手同行，凝心聚力再创特高中国新篇章。
